axiona.systems explains what I do, the developments I am working on and how to contact me. There is no online ordering, payment or automatic contract formation on the website.
The website presents my work and provides a way to get in touch. The terms of a specific project are set out in the accepted offer, contract or other written agreement, together with any mandatory rules that apply.
axiona.systems presents system design, process design and software development work carried out under the AXIONA Systems name. Asztalos Zoltán is responsible for the website content and direct contact. Email: [email protected].
An email enquiry or initial conversation does not by itself create an engagement. Scope, fees, timing, delivery and responsibilities become binding when the parties expressly accept them.
Solutions described as “in development” or with a similar status are not automatically finished products available for purchase. Features, names, timing and availability may change during development.
Original website text, visual elements and bespoke solutions may be protected by applicable copyright and other rights. Third-party software, libraries, services and other components remain subject to their own licence and usage terms.
Content is maintained with reasonable care, but technical and business information can change. The website is not promised to be continuously available or error-free at all times. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

A specific AXIONA application may have separate licence, usage, support or privacy terms. Where product-specific documents exist, those documents govern that product's use.
axiona.systems can be accessed from multiple countries, but this does not mean that every service is offered everywhere on identical legal or commercial terms. Neither the website nor a contract overrides mandatory law that applies to a particular situation.
The accepted offer, contract or other written agreement sets out the work, fees, timing, delivery, usage rights and allocation of responsibilities. Where needed, governing law or jurisdiction is also defined there.
