Principle

We only process personal data that is needed for contact, support, issue handling, security, or legal obligations.

Data we may process

Contact and support

Name, email address, message content, app or system name, issue description, and attachments sent voluntarily.

Website

Hosting and security providers may process technical logs such as IP address, time, browser, and requested page.

Apps

AXIONA apps are designed with a local-first approach. Content stored on the device is not sent to us unless the user sends it for support.

Diagnostics

If Apple or the operating system makes crash or diagnostic information available to the developer, we may use it for troubleshooting.

Payments

App Store purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. AXIONA does not receive full payment card details.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, do not use advertising tracking, and do not make automated decisions with legal effect on the user.

Use and retention

Data is used to answer requests, provide support, investigate issues, protect security, and meet legal obligations. We keep it only for as long as needed for those purposes.

Service providers

Website, email, hosting, security infrastructure, App Store, and operating system providers may technically take part in processing data.

Privacy requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal data processed about you.
