PRIVACY

A clear explanation of how we handle data.

axiona.systems processes very little data. There are no user accounts, orders or marketing tracking. For website traffic, we retain only an aggregate visit count; if you email us, we use your message to respond and to handle the work that follows from your enquiry.

What should you know?

The information below applies to the current public website and direct email contact. If an AXIONA application processes different data, it will have a separate or supplementary notice where needed.

01

Who is responsible?

Asztalos Zoltán, operating under the AXIONA Systems name, is responsible for processing connected with this website and direct enquiries. Privacy questions or requests: [email protected].

02

When you visit the website

The website is served through GitHub Pages. GitHub may log technical data, including IP addresses, to operate and secure its service. On a new direct or external entry, the browser sends a content-free counting request to Supabase. AXIONA retains only the aggregate visit total in its own database; it does not create visitor records, page histories, country lists or device profiles.

03

If you email us

We process your email address, any name you provide, the content of your message and files you choose to attach. We use this information to answer the enquiry, discuss a project, provide support and handle related professional or administrative work.

04

Why is this data processed?

If applicable privacy law requires us to state a legal basis, operating and securing the website and understanding aggregate usage will typically relate to legitimate interests. Email correspondence may relate to steps you request before entering a contract, performance of an existing agreement, or legitimate interests. If the circumstances require another legal basis or consent, that basis must be used.

05

Service providers and international processing

GitHub Pages helps serve the website, Supabase operates the aggregate visit counter, and the email provider delivers messages. These providers may operate in more than one country or region. Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers, the appropriate safeguards must be used.

06

How long is data kept?

The aggregate visit total contains no visitor identifier and does not build a personal visit history. Email data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, document related work, meet legal obligations, or establish and defend claims. Provider-side technical logs are retained under the relevant provider's own rules and settings.

07

Cookies and profiling

AXIONA's visit counter sets no cookie, uses no browser-stored visitor identifier, sends no page name or referrer, and creates no visitor profile. The website contains no AXIONA-installed advertising tracker and makes no automated decisions about visitors with legal or similarly significant effects.

08

Your rights and questions

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and may be entitled to complain to the competent data-protection authority. Questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

Applications and software

This notice does not automatically apply to every AXIONA application. Depending on how a specific product works, it may have separate privacy, usage or support terms.
